Hat(s) in this site refers to hats, fascinators, and hatinators.
Nothing is more important to us than your health and safety. All hats are cleaned and sanitized before being rented out.
If for any reason your reserved item is no longer available (due to loss, missing, or delay in returns from a previous renter), we will work with you to find a replacement.
Rain or any type of wetness is not good for hats. So, endeavor to stay under cover or use an umbrella to protect it from getting wet. The hat is your responsibility during the rental period and if it is marked or damaged in any way (this includes but is not limited to holes, dents, stains, and rain marks), or lost, or stolen, then the full purchase price will be paid by the renter. The Posh Hats reserves the right to retain your deposit. If the hat does get marked or damaged, please do not attempt to clean or fix it yourself.
The rental period is for 4days. If you need to extend the dates, contact us via email, phone, or text message.
A refundable deposit must be paid before the rental reservation can be completed.
All purchase and rental prices can be found on the website. For rental reservation, an additional refundable deposit is required.
Payment methods are credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
You go to our website and browse through our huge collection of hats. Select the hat style and color that matches your outfit and occasion. At no additional cost, we will offer professional assistance with the hat that best matches your outfit or how to wear your hat.
We ship or deliver within 48hrs of purchase or rental reservation. So, ensure to make your purchase or reservation to accommodate this period.
Yes, we do. We will deliver a rental hat to your house or an agreed location. And we ship a purchased hat to your destination.
The hat(s) can be returned using the same method of delivery.
